Position: Manager Call Center (1 position)
Positions purpose: To manage the floor of respective Telesales team and ensure healthy work environment along with team management, motivation and overall productivity.

Key responsibilities:

- Floor management
- People management
- Contact center operational management
- Training and development
- Conducting team performance appraisals
- Team management, motivation, and leadership
- Compiling all call center and agent reports
- Setting and meeting performance targets and Key Performance Indicators for speed, efficiency, sales and quality
- Liaising with all team members for team building, employee satisfaction and help them achieve their targets
- Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance
- Coordinating staff recruitment, including writing vacancy advertisements and liaising with HR staff
- Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions
- Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the center and preparing reports
- Handling the most complex customer complaints or inquiries
- Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand
- Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, rewards and incentive schemes;
- Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis;
